Busted Orders occur when a seller cannot fulfill the order as placed by the buyer.
With very few exceptions, busted orders will result in a penalty and the buyer will be refunded if replacement tickets cannot be secured.
If the seller is able to replace the tickets themselves and it is approved by the buyer (or within 5 rows of the original order) then the order is not considered busted and no penalty will be assessed.
