Disclosures are helpful notes sellers put on listings about the tickets, like amenities, COVID-19 requirements, age restrictions, or seat obstructions. They are used to provide extra and crucial information to the buyer.
Disclosures are also known as: notes, seller notes, ticket details, important information, know before you go, alerts, ticket buying information, and requirements.
Disclosures do not always have to be printed on the ticket, though some disclosures are. Common examples of disclosures that are often printed on a ticket are Partial View, Standing Room Only (SRO), Wheelchair Access Only, 21+, and Printing Required. For eTransfer tickets, the disclosures can be shown within the primary ticketer's app.
Failure to add known disclosures at the time of listing may result in a penalty to the seller.
