Upgrades are how we present substitute tickets to customers. Often they will be referred to as "free upgrades," since the customer does not have to pay anything extra for the new tickets being provided by the seller. This terminology refers to both Buffer Allowance substitute tickets and also those substitute offers that require buyer approval.
